WHAT WE DO
Your lot, sidewalks and entrances open before your doors are.
Plowing & snow removal
Plow trucks and skid steers clear parking lots, drive lanes and loading areas, stacking snow where your site map says.
Sidewalks & entrances
Shovel and snow-blower crews clear sidewalks, entrances, ramps and stairs so customers and staff can walk in safely.
Salting & de-icing
Rock salt and de-icer on lots, walks and entrances whenever we see icy conditions, to reduce slip-and-fall risk.
Hauling & post-storm checks
When piles take over parking spaces we haul snow off-site, and we come back after the storm to treat refreeze.
HOW IT WORKS
One call and we're on our way.
1 We measure your site by satellite
We map your lot, sidewalks and entrances from satellite imagery and send you a written proposal.
2 Service on demand, per call
Call or text us when you need service. Available from the first 0.1 inch of snow, billed per call based on the snow recorded at your property.
3 Photo proof after every visit
After every visit you get dated before-and-after photos as proof of service.
4 One direct contact
You deal directly with the owner, Joe Reis — (914) 299-9819, 24/7.
CONTRACTS
Pick the contract that fits your budget.
MOST POPULAR
Seasonal
One fixed price for the whole season, paid in installments. The easiest way to budget for winter.
Per event
You pay for each snow event, priced by snowfall range. Good for properties that want flexibility.
Salt is billed per application. Snowfall is measured by the nearest National Weather Service station.
Per inch
Billed by the inch of snowfall, so you pay only for the snow that actually falls.
OUR CREW
Local crews who show up in the storm.
We're based in Mount Vernon, NY, and our crews work every storm in Westchester, the Bronx and Fairfield County. The same people and the same equipment every visit — plow trucks, skid steers, salt spreaders and shovel crews. Fully insured, with a Certificate of Insurance on request.
